All activities are entirely optional. Participants are welcome to take time out to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, get to know other participants or take the opportunity to embrace some rare alone time.
Friday:
7pm – Dinner
8:30pm – Half an hour Chat/Introduction
9pm – Yoga Nidra (relaxation yoga)
10pm – Bed or Free Time
Saturday:
8am – Yoga – Grounding Practice
10am – Breakfast
11am – Discussion, exercises about grounding, brief meditation
1pm – Lunch
3pm – Yoga
4:30pm – Tea
5pm – Meditation
7pm – Dinner
There will be free time after dinner and facilitators will be available if you have any questions.
Sunday:
8am – Yoga
10am – Breakfast
11am – 12:30pm Meditation and related explorations
1pm – Lunch
2:30pm – Closing
3pm – Goodbye
