Yoga and Meditation Weekend 27-29th September

meditation-6To all my lovely followers, the time has come at last and I’ll be running a yoga and meditation retreat for the weekend of September 27th-29th in the beautiful Malvern Hills.  I’ll be running the retreat alongside the fabulous Sunnah Rose, who has been teaching yoga and running retreats for over ten years.  She also happens to be one of my best friends.

Whether you’re completely new to meditation and/or yoga or are hoping to deepen your practice, a retreat is a perfect opportunity for you to get away from it all and notice how the calming natural setting, like minded company and inspiring sessions help stimulate inner peace, enhance awareness and leave you feeling refreshed, open and compassionate to those around you.

The retreat is entitled Grounding: Moving out of your heads and into your body.  You can find out everything you need to know and book onto the retreat here.
