Wandering Workshops

It’s been far too long since I wrote on this blog.  I’ve been sharing many a joyful moments and deep connections across South Africa and the UK, with journeys to Ghana and Uganda along the way.  Tonight, I’ve finally had a chance to look over some of the workshops I’ve been blessed to have a chance to run at festivals and retreat centres on both continents.

It’s been a magical journey and I’ve met some fantastic, like minded people who aim to live from heart, work on themselves and promote positive social change in the world.

From life mandalas, to meditation, awakening passions in the developing world to mindfulness, different places, same awakening manifesting.

From the wide spaciousness and openness of the Buddhafield community in Devon, to Learning Man, South Africa’s first talent exchange festival, a community blossoming through a collective vision of responsible living and open heartedness.  And running my own retreats in Essex and Herefordshire along with a close friend Sunnah Rose was especially fun.  I wanted to share some of my special moments in this photo mosaic.

Stop Trying So Hard!

Sorry it’s taken me me so long to write a new post. I’m currently in Nigeria and the internet has been a bit erratic. Nonetheless, it’s a beautiful place. Lagos has got a buzz to it like no other and I’ve been inspired by the wide range of organisations which I’ve met out here-engaged Nigerians working hard to bring about change under tough conditions.
