Workshops

WorkshopI run workshops for both young people and adults and tailor the content so that it is appropriate for beginners, intermediate or advanced practitioners.  I am able to adapt workshops so that they are appropriate for a group of friends, a hen or stag do, the corporate environment, festivals or simply an opportunity for anyone to discover a new practice or enhance their current practice.  Workshops can last anything from 2 hours to several days.  If you’re interested in me running a workshop for you and your friends or colleagues, please get in touch via my contacts page.

Please refer to the drop down menu to get a sense of the wide variety of courses which I can offer.  I am very happy to tailor courses to your needs.  My offerings are all inter-related and I am happy to combine different themes to suit your needs.  For example, a meditation workshop can easily be integrated with principles on Buddhist philosophy or life coaching can be intertwined with well-being enhancing techniques.

Workshop Calendar Coming Soon!  Please note that I am currently on a two month work related trip in West Africa and will then be facilitating workshops on the festival circuit.  A new schedule will be posted in the autumn.

Upcoming Workshops at Buddhafield Festival:

I will be running the following workshops on the Wednesday and Thursday at the fantastic Buddhafield festival.

Life Mandala Workshop:

For those of us on a spiritual quest, we’re often aiming to become fully integrated beings. Before we can achieve this, we need to look deeply in ourselves to understand where our current priorities and focus lies and realign them to ensure we live a life that is true to our ideals. Come and join me exploring this process interactively through the ancient art of mandalas.

This workshop will combine art, discussion and practical techniques to enable you to explore
your current life circumstances, your deepest desires and how to transform your current
reality into something more meaningful and closely aligned to your heart’s true desires.
Awakening your passions in the developing world:
This workshop is tailored towards anyone considering volunteering or working in the
developing world.  It aims to encourage participants to think about the ways in which they
can empower citizens to make positive changes in their own lives and communities and
ensure that any activities they are involved in are likely to make a positive impact. The
workshop will begin by exploring what drives people to get involved, enabling people to
identify their skills and passions and how they can best be put to use.  We’ll then explore the
different types of opportunities available, where to find them and how to ensure that
volunteers make the most out of their experience and are considerate of the culture you are
entering.  I’ll also provide real life examples of how you can make a real difference on a low
budget.
