Having  lived  and worked in East Africa for two and a half years, I now head up a small charitable foundation which empowers people to create the positive changes they wish to see in their own lives and communities. These workshops are tailored towards anyone considering volunteering or working in the developing world.  They aim to encourage you to think about the ways in which you can empower citizens to make positive change and ensure that any activities you are involved in are likely to make a positive impact.
